VisitZ is a database program for keeping records of people and establishments. It is a consistent recording and reference tool for anyone regularly visiting schools or other places and keeping notes as records for reference and review at later dates.

VisitZ can be populated with details of all of your usual establishments and people, recording visits and notes, date stamped and all beautifully cross referenced so that notes can be reviewd by establishment, person, date, type of visi, visitor and even free text notes content. Information can be listed in a varienty of formats for reports and distribution.

VisitZ can be used individually as an aid to orderly record keeping and retrieval, or, as a central networked system so that in a working group everyone can access the same information. It also provides all sorts of helpful features to lighten the load of Advisers and Inspectors and to ensure that information is consistently available.

VisitZ can be loaded straight onto your PC and used immediately. It is a visually well prsented Windows application with large buttons using graphic icons and pull down menu lists so it's easy to use and pleasant to view.
